What about the wasted opportunity these mega churches have? They have massive congregations and an international audience yet a lot of the time they don’t even preach the truth

J – You say we are not to judge, but have you read this verse?

1 Cor 5:11 But now I am writing you that you must not associate with anyone who calls himself a brother but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or a slanderer, a drunkard or a swindler. With such a man do not even eat. What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside? 13God will judge those outside. “Expel the wicked man from among you.”

This belief that we are not to judge others is false and a tactic that a lot of pastors use to silence critics

J if a heart is hardened, then one needs a different approach. Jesus’s approach to the Pharisees was direct and to the point, they could take it or leave it. He seemed to have an approach appropriate for each person ie: Samiritan woman at the well, oh well

Ya know, you may not agree with everything that Paradise Church or Pastor Ashley does, but if you would spend more time using your “bullets” against the TRUE enemy and not a fellow brother, you would probably do A LOT more for the kingdom. Let the Lord deal ot judgment; that is not our place. Pray for him, and if he is in error ask that God would touch his heart. Is that not what David did for Saul? Be careful, you who judge, lest you be judged yourself.

Wouldn’t it be nice to find favour with the local poor people by selling the marble and giving the money to them? I know sounds like what Judas said about the oil used to anoint Jesus – but Paradise AOG is not Jesus and Marble toilets are not annointing oil!
